Careers is real and can easily lead to employee anxiety and insecurity. The Way Forward: Implications for the Future The adoption of artificial intelligence is likely to have profound impacts on the workplace, value creation, and competitive advantage. How should companies respond to these changes in the short term? The future of work As artificial intelligence is increasingly used in knowledge work, the workplace is likely to undergo a major shift, affecting many jobs in the Western middle class.
